At the beginning of the week inbetween some of the snow we had in South Wales M and I branched out together for a wonderful (and in the latter half) challenging walk along part of the West Pembrokeshire coast, a circular around the Angle Peninsular.

The conditions were cold – the ground was hard with a little frost and not much above freezing. There was little wind which made the going relatively easy. I imagine with a south westerly and muddier conditions this could have been a lot tougher. There were parts of the route where I was almost rock climbing as opposed to walking.
